Egypt Al -Khair organizes a graduation ceremony for 7 associations from the Performance Development Laboratory for NGOs in Beni Suef Governorate

The development sector of the NGOs at the Misr Al-Khair Foundation organized a graduation ceremony for 7 civil societies partner for the institution from the Institutional Performance Development Laborat The duration of work with those associations from 6 to 12 months, according to the plans that were approved for the institutional capacity building process for each association.
It is worth noting that the partner NGOs of the Institutional Performance Development Laboratory have been exposed to development according to a methodology and scientific stages of development begin with the pre-institutional evaluation of the association to determine the associations. Institutionalism, then designing the institutional development plan with participation, then implementing the plan, which may take a year, then conduct the post -evaluation after that to measure the return of interventions, and in the event that the association passes an agreed growth rate, the association will be graduated from the laboratory and a certificate of graduation is issued.
During the graduation ceremony activities, partner societies reviewed success stories as a result of the institutional development that was implemented with them in addition to opening the discussion about the future of partnership between the associations and the Egypt Foundation,
